We appreciate the generous donations to the campaign in 2011. Moving into 2012, we are aggressively moving forward and seeking donations so that we can defeat any liberal challengers.

P.S. Contributions to Friends of Kelly Hastings are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes and contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. North Carolina law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, job title or profession, and name of employer or employer's specific field for each individual whose contribution aggregate is in excess of $50.00. We do not accept cash contributions and the maximum individual contribution is $4000.00 per election cycle. Law prohibits receiving funds from lobbyists; it also prohibits receiving funds during legislative session from PACs that employee a lobbyist or lobbyists. It is not our intent to solicit donations from prohibited contributors.
